The owners will not leave the grounds to be neglected either as they will be landscaped by illustrious landscape architect Raymond Jungles. The Jade Signature Condo Sunny Isles Beach is set to be shaped like a parallelogram with 55 stories and over 200 condominium units that will have the Jade Ocean and the Jade Beach as neighbors. New residents will have the choice of a Jade Signature condo that has just one bedroom and a den, but the building will also have homes that have as many as five bedrooms. However, this will not be the largest home that people can select; this building will also contain expansive penthouses. In this building, small is really very large.
